Water glass type-acid resistant special cement

Water glass type acid-resistant cement is a kind of powdery material made by using high-grade acid-resistant materials and hardeners to grind together or separately in an appropriate proportion. It can be widely used in the lining and foundation of anticorrosive equipment that is acidic after partial hydrolysis of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and other salts. Equipment for lining of acid-resistant ceramic slabs, caulking materials for buildings and acid-resistant anticorrosive layers (ground surface, pool, tank, acid drainage ditch) and cementing materials of buildings, and can also be used to prepare acid-resistant mortar and acid-resistant concrete.

Description

Technical performance

★ Fineness: 0.08Omm square hole sieve with no more than 15%.

★ Setting time: initial setting no earlier than 30min, final setting no later than 8h.

★ After curing the test block for 28 days in air: the tensile strength is greater than 2.5MPa, and the compressive strength is greater than 30MPa.

★ Acid resistance and stability: The test block has no change after boiling in 40% sulfuric acid for 1 hour, and the strength does not shrink.

★ Acid resistance: pure sulfuric acid resistance is greater than 95%.

★ Chemical composition: silicon dioxide>93%, Fe 203 <1%.

Usage and precautions

★When using, first dry-mix the acid-resistant powder and hardener for more than 2 minutes, and then add 38.2% water glass while stirring and wet for more than 3 minutes until it is uniform before use.

★ The specific gravity of the water glass used should be 1.38-1.45, and the modulus should be 2.6-3.0.

★When using, the material temperature and operating equipment temperature should be controlled at 15 ℃-30 ℃

★The surface of the container made of reinforced concrete, brick or stone that needs to be lined should be dry, pure and free of dirt. The surface of the unsolidified wiper should be cured in an environment with high humidity. Drying and water, dilute acid washing are prohibited, and the lining is solidified After that, it should be naturally cured for more than 14 days, or dried with a drying equipment at a temperature of 60-10 0C for 2 days.

★Under normal circumstances, water glass acid-resistant cement is not resistant to alkalis, dilute sulfuric acid and poor water resistance. It is not suitable for use in areas where salty media frequently interacts with wet and dry conditions.

Packaging and storage

The hardener is packaged in plastic bags. Each bag of cement has a net weight of 50kg. The hardener is used up after opening the bag. The shelf life is 6 months.
