Description
ZWSA dual fast cement is a new technical product developed by our company's technical staff under the guidance of experts from the China Academy of Building Materials Science. Its characteristics are short setting time, fast hardness, 3 hours strength not less than 20MPa, strong adhesion to the base layer, no shrinkage, no fall off, and maintain the late strength without shrinking. Mainly to meet the needs of construction projects such as emergency repair, anchoring and preparation of grouting material, and anchoring and spraying materials.
★ Alkalinity: For cement slurry with a gray-water ratio of 1:10, the PH value of 1h is not more than 11.5.
★Free expansion rate: 1: 0.5 lime sand ratio, 28d free expansion rate 0.10%-0.30%.
Usage and precautions
★ During the use of this product, the sand and water must be pure and free of impurities, and must not be mixed with other types of cement.
★When preparing other materials, the product should be tested again before use.
★The product should be stirred quickly and constructed in time during the mixing and use process, and the cement mortar should not be mixed twice.
