Founded in 1992, the company covers an area of over 160 mu, is located at Songshan Shaolin Scenic Area, Zhengzhou, Henan, adjacent to the Zhengzhou-Shaolin Temple expressway and 107 National Highway, has a national standard-gauge railway line, and enjoys superior transportation. The company has advanced large-scale rotary kiln production lines, plastic-woven bag factory and special railway station, with fixed assets of RMB 150 million and an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of special cement. In order to adapt to market changes and meet user demands, by virtue of local resources advantages such as quality bauxite, limestone and bituminous coal, under the guidance of the experts from China Building Materials Academy, the company has been always focused on the production of high-quality sulphate aluminum cement and aluminate cement, and on the research and development of other engineering materials for modern special projects, such as: ZWSA high strength shrinkage-free grout, ZWSA ultra-high strength mortar for road repair, ZWSA ultra-high strength sulphoaluminate cement, the hardening accelerator for aluminate and sulphoaluminate cement, ZWSA efficient blocking agent, double-quick cement, acid-proof cement, ZWSA new-type anchoring agent and the parent stock for all kinds of expanding agents.
By virtue of market operation, consistent quality, reasonable prices and good reputation, the quality indicators of products excel the national standard and reach industrially advanced level. Currently the company is the key manufacturer of sulfur and aluminum products, is a designated export enterprise of China Building Materials Academy, is also the latter’s R&D base of sulphate aluminum cement, and is a drafting and experimental unit of national standards such as GB20472-2006 Sulphate Aluminum Cement. Its products have stable domestic market, and are well received by clients from Russia, Kazakhstan, France, Germany, Britain and Taiwan.
